SBTC ON THE GO

Ptr. Lorenz posed with our students assigned in
San Manuel, Isabela during his visit

"...How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Gospel of peace with God and bring glad tidings of good things. In other words, how welcome are those who come preaching God's good news!" (Romans 10:15, LAB)

This verse became so real in the lives of our 28 students as they have taken a 2 week mission's exposure last Jan. 11-24, 2010. They were divided into four teams and were assigned to San Manuel, Isabela; Bacnor, Burgos, Isabela; Ilagan, Isabela; and, Simmakbot, Paraceles, Mountain Province.

All our students came back to Sefton filled with testimonies and gratefulness for what God had done in their lives personally, and in the lives of the people they have ministered to. They have witnessed how the message of the Gospel transformed lives, healed the sick, and bring deliverance to all people.

Our students were not only exposed to mission's work, but they were God's instruments in bringing His love to the people and to the places they have ministered. Thumbs up to all our students for a job well done and for using their lives for God's glory and for the expansion of His Kingdom!

While our students were on the Mission's fields, members of our faculty and staff attended a week-long APTA Bible Schools Conference in APTS, Baguio City. It was refreshing at the same time challenging moment for all of us. Everyone wanted to do further studies and be equipped more for Bible School Ministry.

Taking some times to relax after a
"brain-drained" session

It's time to celebrate!

Everybody seems so serious?

After the conference in Baguio, our teachers went back to Sefton full of fresh ideas and burning desire to make SBTC one of the best Bible Schools in the Philippines! The following week a meeting was held for an evaluation and planning. It was a long and tiring day but we all believed what had been discussed and planned is where the Lord is leading SBTC now!

Yes, SBTC is still on the go...with all the challenges that we have gone through this school year, I strongly believe that God will continue to use SBTC in training men and women in full time ministry...and will continue to carry its vision 'til He comes!
