Street Pastors praying for the police officers.
Since we started the Cornerstone Street Pastors Ministry last January 2009 this year, we had the great opportunity to share the Word of God and pray for people from all walks of life outside the 4 corners of the church. We go out as led by the Spirit by two's or three's every monday from 2:00pm-4:00pm with the following target areas: Government agencies, hospitals, schools, squatter areas, public markets, homes, etc.Recently, Ptr. James Bastian and I had the chance to go to the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), a government office located at the AMA Colliseum, new public market. As we introduce the ministry, the lady Provincial NCIP Officer-In-Charge got so excited that right away she led us to a place where we could pray for her and the office personnel.
Likewise, during our recent conduct of street pastors with Peter Strachan from UK , who is on a short mission trip with his family, God used him to pray for SPO2 Roland Mesa, Team Leader of the Traffic Management Group in Santiago City. After praying, the guy served us cool softdrinks with biscuits.
So far the ground has been softened within the government sector and other areas of society. We believe that as we continue to pray, chains of bondage will be broken, lives will be changed, and society will be transformed by the awesome power of God.
Please continue to pray for us.
